Getting Started with the Tapme iOS SDK

This guide covers what you need to go through in order to be able to start using the Tapme SDK for iOS, in five easy steps:

Step 1: Prerequisites

  • OS X is required for all iOS development.
  • You need Xcode. If you don’t have it, you can get it from the App Store.
  • The Tapme SDK for iOS supports iOS 6.x and higher.

Step 2: Install the SDK for iOS

Click here to Download the latest version of the SDK and unzip.

Open th SDK derectory.


Step 3: Obtain a Tapme App ID

Access the Tapme Console and register your application to get your Tapme App ID.


Step 4: Configure your Xcode Project

Add the Tapme SDK for iOS to your project. The Tapme SDK for iOS is a framework that you add to your Xcode project. To add the SDK, open Tapme folder and drag the Tapme.framework and Tapme.bundle into the Frameworks section of your Project Navigator.

Choose ‘Create groups for any added folders’ and deselect ‘Copy items into destination group’s folder (if needed)’ to reference the SDK where it was installed rather than copying the SDK into your app.

The SDK will automatically load its framework and resource dependencies.

Download AdColony.framework and Chartboost.framework. Add them and others libraries in the project as the image:

The SDK is now installed and set up. You can use the SDK from any of your implementation files by adding the Tapme SDK header file:
